1. Payment Upon Collection

All shipping, handling, storage, and related charges are due in full at the time of package collection. Packages will not be released until all outstanding balances have been paid.

2. Outstanding or Unclaimed Packages

Customers with outstanding, unpaid, or unclaimed packages in our possession will not be permitted to receive, submit, or collect newly arrived packages until all previously received packages have been claimed and all applicable charges have been paid in full.

3. Storage Fees

Customers are encouraged to collect their packages promptly upon notification of arrival. Packages not collected within seven (7) calendar days of notification may be subject to storage fees beginning on the eighth (8th) day. Applicable storage charges will accrue until the package is collected.

4. Unclaimed Packages

Packages must be collected within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of arrival or customer notification. Any package remaining unclaimed after thirty (30) days shall be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the sole discretion of 876 Fresh Drop Express Shipping without further notice or liability.
